Generations: The Legacy actor Tumelo Matlala, has joined the ‘2019 class of celeb weds’ the renowned actor who plays detective Roberts on the popular soapie, tied the knot with his girlfriend Ziphelele Beku over the weekend, whom he had been with for years.
The actor and his gospel star girlfriend held the ceremony in King William’s Town, in the Eastern Cape. Visibly excited Tumelo could not hide his joy, as he took it to his social media handle to share some snaps from the big day.
What a beautiful moment it was, as the whole family looked wonderful and regal in modern style black and white traditional Xhosa attires.
In an Instagram post, Tumelo said this wedding is a dream come and he gave a vote of thanks to all the invited guests for their good response honouring their invitations extended to them.
Tumelo was overwhelmed with excitement, could not hide his emotional feeling about this new achievement and expressed that he’s looking forward to living in the ‘biblical Garden of Eden’ a life of marital bliss while referring to himself and his wife as newlyweds.
“God is amazing. We had a dream and on the 15th December 2019 God made it a reality and we are grateful. We also like to thank everyone who came to experience and celebrate with us as we began a journey of grace and favour. I pronounce to you Mr and Mrs Matlala [sic],” he shared.
