The time has come to see and be seen, at one of the most stylish equestrian gatherings in Africa. The running of the 159th Queen’s Plate and the fourth year of the L’Ormarins Queens Plate, is taking place this weekend at the Kenilworth Racecourse in Cape Town.

The dress code is strictly Blue and White and should be smart and elegant. Blue is the colour of 2020, but don’t stress, sky blue is not the limit. You can ‘bring it’ by simply playing around with different shades and hues—from teal, to midnight blue, cerulean, aqua, cadet blue, navy, eggshell blue, you name it.

We’ve asked GLAMOUR’S new Editor-in-Chief, Nontando Mposo to share a few Dos and Don’ts for those attending for the very first time.
